Aaron Haunhorst

President

Aaron Haunhorst is the President of ECI Construction Services, bringing extensive leadership experience and industry expertise to the company. A graduate of The Ohio State University, Aaron is dedicated to delivering high-quality commercial construction projects while fostering a culture of excellence at ECI. Actively engaged in the community, he serves on the board of DSC in Champaign and is a past board chair for Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), where he advocates for workforce development and industry advancement. Aaron resides in Monticello, IL, with his wife and son and takes pride in being part of the local community.

Jerry Tadlock

Vice President and Founding Member, ECI Construction Services

Jerry Tadlock is the Vice President and a founding member of ECI Construction Services, originally established as TCT Construction in 2000. A native of Rantoul, IL, Jerry has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and success for over two decades. With extensive experience as a Project Manager, he has overseen numerous commercial construction projects, including building Casey’s General Stores across Central Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. His leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to quality have earned him a strong reputation within the industry.

Dan Hutton

Project Manager

Originally from Superior, Wisconsin, Dan Hutton is a longtime Rantoul resident and seasoned project manager with expertise in underground utilities and site work. Before joining ECI Construction Services, he served as Vice President of Operations at Dig It of Champaign. A skilled journeyman operator, Dan brings hands-on experience in site clearing, directional boring, and hydrovac excavation. His leadership and technical knowledge ensure efficient project execution and exceptional results.

Aerika Hutton

Chief Financial Officer

Aerika Hutton is a Franklin University graduate with dual degrees in Accounting and Forensic Accounting. An Urbana, IL native and longtime Rantoul resident, she brings a strategic, analytical approach to her role at ECI Construction Services, overseeing financial operations and driving efficiency across the organization. A strong advocate for the construction industry, Aerika is a past Board Chair of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Illinois Chapter and has long served as Safety Committee Chair, promoting best practices and high standards for workplace safety.

Andi Hahn

Accountant

Andi Hahn is an integral part of the ECI Construction Services team, overseeing human resources and accounts payable with precision and efficiency. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Western Michigan University and leverages her expertise to strengthen the company’s social media presence. With 30 years of self-employment experience, Andi brings a wealth of knowledge across all facets of business. Her attention to detail and strategic mindset ensure smooth financial operations while enhancing ECI’s visibility in the commercial construction industry.
